Automaton snowboards are fully warranted to the original owner, with original receipt, against defects in materials and workmanship for up to 1 year from the purchase date from an Authorized Automaton dealer. If the snowboard ever fails due to manufacturer defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover: damage caused by accident, improper care, incorrect binding mounting, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage due to impact, rails, rocks, any other artificial or natural features or obstacles, misuse, or any other damage from anything other than defect in materials and workmanship are not covered under terms of our warranty policy. Pro-form and demo boards are not covered. Repaired/replaced snowboards are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
